The location of River Meadow Manor was excellent, situated in a beautiful garden setting. Despite the noise from events, the staff tried their best to provide good service. The food was delicious and the team, including Chef Sam, Alfi, Dorothy, and Lindi. I would recommend this hotel.

The complimentary breakfast and Wi, Fi were nice touches, and the hotel's location was convenient for exploring nearby attractions. I also appreciated the friendly staff who were always available to help with any queries.
The hotel fell short on many fronts. the rooms were not well, maintained, and there were spider webs and old mould in the bathroom.

What a great experience! The location of the hotel was picturesque and just a short drive from the city center. The spacious and clean rooms were incredibly comfortable, and we enjoyed the selection of movies offered. The staff were all friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. We especially appreciated the beautiful grounds and our spacious bathroom.
There were a few downsides. We were disappointed to find that some of the toiletries were half-used and the towel supply was limited.
